Formplus enables you to automatically notify team members and other stakeholders via email once a form submission is made. You can also include a copy of your form submissions as a Word or PDF document in the email notification.

Submission Deadline and Limits

Formplus also allows you to set a submission deadline for your daily report form in the form builder. In the form builder, you can specify a date and time when you will stop receiving submissions in your daily report form.
